Tim Porter



When I founded TRP Performance it was with the purpose of providing a premium online coaching service but without the typical premium price tag that is usually attached to it.


When I work with my clients, I help them develop and implement positive habits that they can sustain, putting them on the path to a healthier, more productive and fulfilling lifestyle.

With my extensive knowledge, qualifications and experience in a multitude of training and dietary practices, combined with my ability to educate, motivate and inspire, I believe that there is no goal or aspiration that we cannot achieve together.




TRP Performance's Training Method



Traditionally, Strength & Conditioning programs were only used by professional athletes, but I have always believed that anyone should be able to participate in a Strength & Conditioning program, especially when it is personally tailored to an individual's specific needs.


This is why I created a Hybrid Strength & Conditioning program that I believe will benefit anyone, whether you're an athlete or an everyday person, regardless of their age, experience or ability.


The TRP Performance Online Coaching Program blends training methods from Power Lifting, Olympic Lifting (specifically adapted for each individual), Performance Bodybuilding, and Athletic Strength & Conditioning creating a well-rounded program that will make you look and feel fantastic, move like an athlete and prepare you for whatever life may put in front of you.
