How Does Online Coaching Work?



Consultation: I do like to speak to my clients initially so first, we schedule a phone call or a Skype call if you would prefer that option. During this consultation, I will get to know about you, what your goals are, your motivating factors, etc. I'll explain the whole online coaching process to you as well as answer any questions that you may have.


Creation of your program: You will be required to fill out several questionnaires ranging from lifestyle, nutrition, the type of gym and equipment you have available and any previous training experience that you have. Once all that information is gathered I'll create your program for you. The program is created from scratch so please allow for this.

Monitoring and Adjustment: As you go through your program we meticulously monitor your training, nutrition and well-being. We then make any adjustments required until we end up with the absolute optimal plan that is truly unique to you.
